彩鋼板的防腐現(xiàn)象主要是指上述(1)和(2)點。(1)點干腐蝕屬于化學(xué)機理，濕腐蝕屬于電化學(xué)機理。點(3)到(5)是點(1)和(2)的進一步分類。彩涂鋼板的防腐機理是通過涂層將基體與腐蝕介質(zhì)分離，防止基體表面發(fā)生化學(xué)或電化學(xué)反應(yīng)。因此，我們要研究的防腐問題應(yīng)概括為鍍層鋼板表面的化學(xué)腐蝕和電化學(xué)腐蝕。
